Feel the magic of Yuletide with our North Pole Experience

You’re about to embark on a magical journey to visit Father Christmas in his North Pole headquarters. Head to passport control to collect your passport, the elves are on hand to check you have everything you need for your journey.

Once you’ve received your passport you will go through the naughty/nice machine to check how you’ve behaved all year…

The elves will then teach you a special elfish rhyme to open the magic door so you can enter the time travel portal, once inside you will be whisked by elf magic to Elf Academy.

In Elf Academy you’ll be shown special elf signs and the learn the extra magical elf dance. Once you’ve mastered these then its time to test your skills in the Elf Workshop. Can you make a toy to meet Father Christmas’s exceedingly high standards? The elves will be on hand to help and give you some secret magic spells to make sure your toy is extra special; this toy will be yours to keep so take extra care when making it. Don’t forget to collect your honorary elf certificate.
Say goodbye to the workshop elves and head outdoors where the weather has forecasted snow, find the enchanted elf village, here you will see how the elves live and what they like to eat, visit Holly Jolly Gum Drops, Sweet Shop and try some authentic elf cuisine.
After a stop at the elf village it’s time to head to the Pole Office where all the Christmas letters and parcels are sorted. The Pole Office elves are running behind and need a hand to sort the parcels…
As newly qualified elves you might just be in time to help save Christmas.

Say farewell to the Pole Office elves and follow the lovely smell that’s coming from Mrs Claus’ Kitchen. She’s been baking (again!) and has some delicious festive treats for you to decorate and some mulled wine and biscuits for the adults. Mrs Claus will tell you a lovely Christmas tale around her open fire and send you on your way feeling all snuggly inside.

After a stop at the elf village it’s time to head to the Pole Office where all the Christmas letters and parcels are sorted. The Pole Office elves are running behind and need a hand to sort the parcels…

As newly qualified elves you might just be in time to help save Christmas.

A red nose and jingle bells what can it be Father Christmas’s reindeer of course enjoying a well-earned rest in their stable getting ready for the big day. They have some other farmyard friends to keep them company as well. Enjoy making reindeer dust, toast a marshmallow to take home and take plenty of photo memories.

Now you should be as Christmassy as you can be. It’s time to have your own personal visit with Father Christmas himself and receive a special coin. Remember to tell him what you would like for Christmas, wish him a Merry Christmas, and do a HO HO HO (he loves that). Then it’s time to head to the toy shop and exchange your coin for a present of your choice.

Don’t forget to have an early night this Christmas Eve and remember to leave Santa and his reindeer some tasty treats
